The importance of education in Nigeria cannot be over emphasized. Some Nigerian celebrities have also shown that Education is indeed key as they have chosen to further their education, not minding their fame and wealth.

1. Kanayo O. Kanayo

Kanayo O. Kanayo revealed that he had resumed classes in the University of Abuja a few months ago. He is currently studying Law.

2. Alex Usifo

Veteran Nollywood actor, Alex Usifo on Sunday, June 5, 2016 graduated from Babcock University with a PhD at the age of 63. Usifo studied Mass Communication And Philosophy at the  University of Lagos before proceeding for a masters at Babcock University. He is also a graduate of Ambrose Alli University.

3. Chika Ike

Ike got accepted into Harvard Business School for her Masters after being rejected for 5 years recently.

4. Banky Wellington

In June 2017, Banky W  enrolled into the New York Film Academy to study screenwriting.

5. Toolz Oniru

Toolz is currently attending a fashion school in London. She announced this on social media a few months ago.

6. Korede Bello

Despite the fame, Bello did not let that deter him as he went back to the Nigerian Institute Of Journalism in Lagos to continue his education.

7. Sugar Chika Asoegwu

Beautiful Nollywood actress, Sugar Chika Asoegwu  obtained a Masters degree from a university in the United Kingdom. The Agric Economics graduate of the Federal University of Technology graduated from the De Montfort University in Leicester, UK. She obtained her MSc in Project Management.

DJ Cuppy is now officially a student of Oxford University – Empire
